CANCELLATION
We do not need any prepayment.
If you would like to cancel the booked tour, please let us know as soon as possible by email or by any other method.
Following cancellation fee will be charged on you at your address.

* 8+ days before the tour : no cancellation fee
* 7-2 days before the tour : 50% of the tour fee
* 1 day before : full price of the tour fee

- If the tour is cancelled because of bad weather or our reason, you do not have to pay the tour fee.
- If the tour is broken off because of natural condition like bear appearance or bad weather, we do not refund the tour fee.

If you have any question, please feel free to ask us by email.

We will email you after checking your reservation, which is the confirmation of the tour.


Notice for the tour
* The guide may break off the tour on the way if a bear appears on the trail or if the weather gets worse.
  If the tour is broken off on the way, no refund.

* We enjoy NATURE(1).
NPO SHINRA is to　take you out an insurance policy, because you may have risks in our tour.
As a general rule, your action is at　your own risk.

* We enjoy NATURE(2)
The guide may tell　you that you can see some exciting things, but please understand that you are　NOT assured of seeing them.
Nothing　is assured in nature.

* We enjoy NATURE(3)
Enjoy yourself with all of the five senses, but do not forget the awe of NATURE.
